"As a single mom it can be a challenge to find moments and time for yourself and that is why Seven Movements has become such a powerful tool for me. I suffer from scoliosis and I find that if I do not have daily movement I tend to have a lot of pain, but finding time to “work out” is difficult. I have also never enjoyed traditional gym settings and have always found it to feel more like a chore than something I enjoy.
Seven Movements is ideal in a couple of ways. Elara's attention plan is a little short so I love that I can do them in 7-minute sessions. And second, I love that she is being introduced to healthy movement at her young age. These sessions are generally successful but, as life with a toddler goes there are times I have to admit defeat and try again next time.
Seven Movements keeps me mobile which helps me to keep up with my busy, busy toddler, which is what is most important to me. I want to be able to enjoy doing activities with her without feeling sore, tired, or unable to take part. Spending active time with her is very important to me and Take Seven is a big part of that."
