The Movement Snacks (21 Minutes Total): We break down the session into three distinct, 7-minute movement snacks. These are clinical-grade, gentle movements designed to wake up your joints, melt away midday stiffness, improve balance, and build functional strength. Drop in for one snack, or stay for all three!
The Live Founders' Q&A (21 Minutes): This is the heart of the "Lab." You get direct, real-time access to the Seven Movements founders. Have a question about a stiff hip, a nagging shoulder, or how to modify a movement for your daily routine? This is your time to get expert, professional coaching answers. Just drop your questions in the chat.
You don't need a home gym, fancy gear, or an athletic background to thrive here. Here is all you need to be "Lab Ready":
Your Space: Find a small, clear area where you can move your arms and legs freely. A living room, office, or kitchen works perfectly! Have a sturdy chair nearby for balance if you like a little extra support.
Your Gear: Come as you are. Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in—no specialized "gym clothes" required. Bare feet, socks, or supportive indoor shoes are great.
Your Tech: You will receive a link to join via Zoom once you register. Simply click the link 2–3 minutes before we start to ensure your sound and video are working.
Your Curiosity: Bring your body's quirks and questions! The Q&A is a safe, supportive, and zero-judgment space where we learn together.
