Meet Kathryn Wytsma-Fisher

Kathryn doesn't design programs for an idealised version of Parkinson's. She designs them for the real thing — good days, bad days, and everything in between.

Kathryn Wytsma-Fisher is a Clinical Exercise Physiologist who has spent her career working with people living with chronic disease. Since 2007 she has worked alongside individuals with Parkinson's, understanding not just the clinical picture but the daily reality of what it means to keep moving when movement is hard.

With a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology and certification with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology since 2003, Kathryn brings a level of clinical depth to this protocol that goes well beyond what a general fitness program can offer. She understands your body. She understands your disease. And she built this program around both.
