Welcome to your weekly space for resilience, strength, and community.

This isn't just a fitness class; it’s a Live Movement Clinic delivered right to your home. Our goal is to help you build "Authentic Intelligence"—the internal wisdom to understand, listen to, and care for your own body so you can stay active and independent for years to come.

What to Expect (The 15-20-7 Format): 45 minutes to feeling good.

We have designed these sessions to be the highest-value 42 minutes of your week. We move with purpose, not just for the sake of moving:

  • 15-Minute Movement Snacks: We begin with a clinical-grade movement session designed to wake up your joints, improve balance, and build functional strength.

  • 20-Minute Live Clinical Q&A: This is the heart of the "Lab." You have direct access to our world-class experts. Have a question about a stiff hip, a nagging shoulder, or how to modify a movement for your specific needs? This is your time to get professional answers in real-time. Just drop it in the chat.

  • 7-Minute Integration: We finish with a final movement snack to lock in what we’ve learned, leaving you feeling energized and resilient for the rest of your day.


How to Prepare (It’s Easier Than You Think!)

You don't need a home gym or a background in athletics to succeed here. Here is all you need to be "Lab Ready":

  1. Your Space: Find a small, clear area where you can move your arms and legs freely. A living room or kitchen works perfectly! Have a sturdy chair nearby for balance if you usually like a little extra support.

  2. Your Gear: Wear whatever you feel comfortable moving in. No specialized "gym clothes" or fancy footwear required—bare feet or supportive indoor shoes are great.

  3. Your Tech: You will receive a link to join via Zoom once you register. Simply click the link 2-3 minutes before we start to ensure your sound and video are working.

  4. Your Curiosity: Bring your questions! The Q&A is a safe, supportive space where we learn from each other. No question is too small.
