Strength is the ultimate insurance policy for your body. Our Dumbbell Strength sessions are high-energy, follow-along clinics designed to help you build muscle, boost metabolism, and improve bone density—all from the comfort of your home.

Expect expert coaching, clear demonstrations, and a focus on functional movements that translate to real-life power. Whether you’re a seasoned lifter or just starting out, we provide the cues and the pace to ensure you’re challenged and moving safely.

How to Show Up Prepared

Since this is a follow-along session, having your "station" ready will help you stay in the flow once the music and the movement start.

  • The Weight: Ideally, have a light set and a medium/heavy set of dumbbells nearby. If you only have one pair, don't worry—we’ll coach you on how to adjust your tempo to make the weight work for you.

  • The Space: You only need enough room to take a full step in any direction and reach your arms overhead. A non-slip surface or a yoga mat is recommended.

  • The Tech: This is a one-way video experience. You’ll be able to see and hear your coach clearly, but we won't see you. Turn up your volume, find a good angle for your screen, and get ready to move.

  • The Vibe: Wear whatever you can move comfortably in. Keep a water bottle and a small towel handy—we're going to put in the work!
