Your Movement Strategy Session: Let’s Build Your Blueprint!

You’ve got the system and the gear—now it’s time to meet your co-pilot.

This 1:1 session is designed to take the Seven Movements System and tailor it specifically to your life. Think of this as a "Strategy Summit" for your future health. You’ll be meeting with one of our Movement Experts to ensure your plan is as unique as you are.

To make the most of our time together, we’re going to do a deep dive into three key areas. The more "real talk" you bring to the table, the better we can help you succeed!

What we’ll cover:

  • The "North Star" Goals: What does independence actually look like for you? Whether it’s staying agile for travel, keeping up with grandkids, or simply feeling confident and sturdy in your own home, we want to know what drives you.

  • The Physical "Fine Print": We all have them—the old sports injury, the stubborn lower back, or that one "cranky" hip. Don’t hold back! Sharing your physical history and current limitations allows us to adjust the movements so they work with your body, not against it.

  • The Habit Audit: Be honest—what has stopped you in the past? Was it boredom? Lack of time? Programs that felt like a chore? By identifying your old "habit hurdles," we can design a path that bypasses them entirely.

The Golden Rule: There is no "too much information." The more your coach knows about your history and your hurdles, the more we can customize the "snacks" to fit your lifestyle. We’re here to problem-solve, not to judge!
