No. You can join month-to-month and cancel at any time. We are here to be your "Movement Arm" for as long as you find value in staying mobile and independent.
What if I have a specific injury or a joint replacement?
Our Live Labs are led by clinical experts who understand the aging body. During the "Movement Office Hours" (the 30-minute Q&A after each lab), you can ask our specialists how to modify certain movements for your specific needs. It’s like having a movement consultant in your corner.
I’m not very good with technology. Is this hard to use?
We’ve made it incredibly simple. There is no complicated software to download. You can access the clinic through any web browser on your computer, tablet, or phone. If you can click a link in an email, you can join a Live Lab.
How does the "Free Companion Membership" work?
We believe successful aging is easier with a partner. When you join, you’ll receive a link to invite one other person (a spouse, a sibling, or a friend) to create their own account for free. This effectively brings your cost down to just $40/month per person.

How is Seven Movements different from a regular fitness app?
Most apps are about "fitness" (sweating, high intensity, and looking better). Seven Movements is a Virtual Movement Clinic. We focus on "Successful Aging"—specifically mobility, fall prevention, and joint health. Our snacks are only 7–14 minutes long and are led by clinical experts, not fitness influencers. We prioritize capability over intensity.
Do I need to be in good shape to start?
Not at all. In fact, our program is designed for the person who feels stiff, "out of practice," or worried about their balance. Our "Movement Snacking" approach is the lowest-barrier entry to exercise in the world. We offer specialized sessions for all levels, including Chair Yoga and Limited Mobility pathways.
